Launch IE from the Modern Start menu of Windows 8
Navigate to Bobs-Tech.blogspot.com
Add Favorite (Tap the star to the right of the address bar)
Pin the site to the Start Menu. (Tap the Pin. then Tap "Add" - Optionally, you can select the initial tile size.

The active tile should show up on the Start menu and cycle through the pictures and headlines from this blog.

You can drag the tile to a position of your choice, or right click and re-size it. It should display headlines for the five most recent posts on this blog, including pictures like the one on the left.
